Feature parity milestone, burst capture folders & new actions system

  • Today's version is a major milestone, as we're now providing all the key functionalities of the old version in this new one (including Raspberry Pi support, interval, jump-and-freeze, sacrifice, etc). It's also been used in prod for over 2 weeks now by us and by some of our clients. It is very satisfying to see the Gaussian splat get created after taking a multi-camera shot (highly recommended 😹). Check out a couple of my new demo videos here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE_Si0u2I2JadNFlcAcRfjhXV3wEhfyyB
  • Massive improvement with batch reprocessing of datasets (mostly for gaussian-splat)
  • Burst capture with stable iteration folders: multi-camera burst sequences now write each iteration to its own numbered subfolder, keeping takes cleanly separated even across long capture sessions. Single-camera bursts use flat ordinal names. Transfer is deferred during an active burst so downloads never interrupt a capture sequence, and per-camera active drain queues allow concurrent downloads to run in parallel once the burst completes.
  • New actions system: a full action schema, store, and API replaces the earlier script concept. Actions can now be named, edited inline, and bound to triggers directly from the UI. The visualizer lets operators review the action sequence before running it.
